🛠️ Four Years Ago I Had a Vision... and I Finally Built It
Four years ago, I had a vision: AI could make ADHD coaching and neurodiversity support more accessible.

Now, with the rise of vibe coding and thanks to Lovable, I've finally been able to bring that vision to life by building tools I've already been using in my coaching practice with clients.
I'm so excited to share Flair Toolkit — a collection of practical tools designed to support ADHDers, neurodivergent people, coaches, and really anyone who wants more awareness, structure, and self-support in daily life.
Here's what's inside:
🍽️ Dopamine Menu: Create your own personalised feel-good activity menu for throughout the day. For ADHD brains, it can be so important to intentionally schedule activities that give an energy boost (though neurotypical brains can benefit from this too!)
🎡 ADHD Executive Wheel: A visual coaching tool to map executive function challenges and identify where support or coaching focus may be most helpful.
🥄 Spoons Calculator — Based on the idea of managing life through energy, not just time. A way to understand what gives you spoons, what drains you, and how to plan more sustainably.
🔥 Burnout Coach: A daily check-in tool to help people notice burnout signs earlier and build awareness before things escalate.
💊 Medication Log:Track medication, symptoms, and patterns over time in a visual and useful way.
🔺 Regulation Triangle:Build your own emotional regulation plan, with guided prompts for reflection and journaling.
😴 7 Types of Rest: Discover which kinds of rest you most need through a quiz, then create your own personalised rest menu.
📋 Manual of Me: Create a one page guide to help managers and colleagues better understand how you communicate and work best.
🏢 Accommodations Finder: Explore workplace accommodations that could help you thrive, and build scripts for requesting support from your manager or HR.
These tools were created with real coaching practice in mind — to make support more practical, personalised, and accessible.
👉 Try all the tools for free here and please do send me your feedback — I'm building this for you! 🙂
🌿 Is Your Office Actually Neurodivergent Friendly?

I recently did a talk at Ecotone, and it was so fun! About 30 people showed up to listen, and the office itself really inspired me. It was such a great environment and it got me thinking about how much the physical space we work in genuinely affects neurodivergent people.
So I wanted to write about how you can make your office more neurodivergent friendly (on the cheap because.... cost of living).
The environment is so important. Most people spend the majority of their waking hours in an office so it makes sense to take some time to think about how we can make that space work better for neurodivergent people. Here are some practical things organisations can do:
Dedicated quiet spaces and phone booths — not everyone can focus in open plan and that's okay.
Sort out the lighting — strong fluorescent lighting is genuinely difficult for a lot of neurodivergent people. Natural light wherever possible, please!
Hot desking isn't great for neurodivergent people — have a clear process for getting a permanent desk for anyone who needs one.
Distraction signals — if you have open plan offices, have a simple system for when someone doesn't want to be disturbed.
Bring in some green — research shows we feel calmer around greenery. Real plants are great but even fake ones help!
Standing desks don't have to be expensive — if budget is tight, portable desk risers are a cheap and effective alternative.
Small changes, big difference. 💛
☕ Did You Know 95% of Neurodivergent Youth Are Unemployed?
That's what I found out about Fair Shot Coffee and it stopped me in my tracks.
Fair Shot is a social enterprise café in Covent Garden which trains young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable jobs through their training and employment programme. They believe that if someone with a learning disability wants to work, they can — and they're proving it every single day.
For Fair Shot and their partners, neuroinclusion isn't just a promise. It's a practice.
📍 You can find them at 3 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB (in The Yards, Covent Garden)
Please support them by:
Stopping by for a coffee ☕
Telling an organisation about them
Signing up to one of their supported internship programmes
This is the kind of work that actually changes lives. 💛
🌟 Founder Spotlight: Emma Sayle, Killing Kittens
I heard Emma Sayle speak at FounderFest but only recently found out she has ADHD — and honestly, I'm inspired.

Emma is the founder of Killing Kittens, a global sex positive brand and exclusive social network she founded back in 2005. The whole concept is built around empowering women to take control of their sexuality in a safe, woman-led, non-judgmental environment. It's bold, it's unapologetic, and it has grown into a global community with events in London, New York, Sydney and beyond.
And she built all of that with an ADHD brain. 🧠
We need more representation of female founders and it is always a win when you find out they have ADHD. It is such a reminder that our brains, when channelled into something we are passionate about, can build extraordinary things.
Here's to more of us. 💛
