Most coaching training programs don't adequately prepare coaches to work with neurodivergent clients and it shows. Coaches report feeling uncertain, underprepared, or worried about causing harm when working with clients who have ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent profiles.

Meanwhile, neurodivergent individuals make up 15-20% of the population, yet they often receive coaching that doesn't fit how their brains actually work. Generic goal-setting frameworks can leave them feeling broken or incapable, when the real issue is that traditional coaching methods weren't designed with them in mind.

I created this course to bridge that gap.

As a certified ADHD coach with 1,000+ hours of coaching experience—and as someone who is neurodivergent myselfI've learned what actually works. I've coached over 100 late-diagnosed adults (80% people of colour and female/non-binary), delivered training to organizations like LSE and The Open University, and refined inclusive coaching techniques that honour how neurodivergent brains function.

This course distills years of learning, lived experience, and professional practice into a practical training program that will make you a more confident, ethical, and effective coach for neurodivergent clients.
