What is Group coaching?
Group coaching is an accessible and affordable way for you to learn about your ADHD in a supportive group with a coach facilitator.
Often the journey of self-discovery in a group setting can help you feel safe to explore your strengths and relationship with ADHD.
Classes are kept small with a maximum of 8 attendees
6 Weeks (£100) facilitated with trained coach
Readings will be given to you each week and homework
6 sessions run weekly
1 hour session on Zoom.
15 minute spent on discussing the topic
30 minute group reflection/ coaching
15 minutes wrap and key takeaways
Receive readings each week regarding the topic of the week. Readings cover the science-based information you would need for the group discussion and coaching.
Worksheets will be given alongside reading to help you reflect on your experiences with ADHD and the topic for the week
